Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act

 

In compliance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) (40CFR Part 763), the Miller Place Union Free School District is notifying all parents, teachers, and employee organizations that all required asbestos re-inspections and surveillances have been performed and copies of such and all other reports documenting response actions taken, are on file with the District Asbestos Management Plan located in the District’s Facilities Office.  If you have any questions or wish to view these documents, please contact Mr. Wayne Casey, District Asbestos Compliance Officer, at (631) 474-2731 for an appointment.
