Summer School Information 2026

If it is recommended that a student makeup a class or retake a Regents exam, a letter from the Guidance office (with what classes or exams are needed) will be mailed home indicating this.   

If a student does not take the class or regents exam during the summer and it is needed for graduation, it will be put on their schedule for the 2026-27 school year.  

The option for retaking a class is online (through Educere).

The only option for retaking a Regents Exam in August is in person (in the Bay Shore School District).

Please note: Regents exam only students must register in person at the Bay Shore location on July 1st or 2nd.
