Summer School Information 2025

If it is recommended that a student makeup a class or retake a Regents exam, a letter from the Guidance office (with what classes or exams are needed) will be mailed home indicating this.   

If a student does not take the class or regents exam during the summer and it is needed for graduation, it will be put on their schedule for the 2025-2026 school year.  

The options for retaking a class are in person (in the Bay Shore School District) or online (through Educere).  

  • Registration information for in person summer school in the Bay Shore school District is listed in the Regional Summer School Registration Letter. 
  • Registration information for online summer school (classes only, not Regents Exams) Educere Link  (Students can only register for courses listed in bold on the webpage)

The only option for retaking a Regents Exam in August is in person (in the Bay Shore School District).  Click this link for the registration document including the link for the Google Registration document (Click Here)

Please note: For Regents exam only registration a parent must complete the Regional Summer School Google Document first and then register in person at the Bay Shore location.
