Spelling Words
-
Students should master reading, spelling aloud, and writing these sight words by the end of First Grade.
Spelling lessons will be based on our Fundations units which usually last for 2-3 weeks.
New lists and corresponding flashcards are sent home on the day the new Fundations lesson begins. A unit Spelling test will be given at the end of each Fundations unit. Please continue to review Spelling words for homework until a new list and flashcards go home, regardless of the day of the week. Thank you!
