Jazz Auditions for 2019-2020 NCR Jazz Band will be held in October.  Music will be available by the end of September and All Students are welcome to come down and sit in on open rehearsals.

• Students who receive a place in the ensemble will be given a rehearsal & concert schedule… We anticipate to be practicing on a combination of Wednesday and/or Thursday Evenings from 7:15 pm to 8:30pm with an occasional Evening. We change the rehearsal days to create a flexible schedule that allows more students the opportunity to participate. 

• The Jazz Ensemble will be performing in the SCMEA Jazz Festival in February & the Miller Place Jazz Night Concert in May &  the Ice Cream Social… TBA)

• Students do not have to master the music at the full speed but are encouraged to listen to the piece to help them learn the style.  You can listen to the pieces, on www.jwpepper.com Se
