Welcome to the 2019-20 school year.  I am looking forward to a terrific year of making music with all of you.  Please mark your calendars with the following concert dates:

Concert Chorus: Winter Concert: Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 7:30 pm

                           Spring Concert: Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 7:30 pm          

Select Chorus:   Winter Concert: Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 7:30 pm

                           Spring Concert: Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 7:30 pm          

Vocal Jazz:    Pop/Jazz Concert: THURSDAY, November 21, 2019 at 7:30 pm(NOTE:This is a change!)

                      SCMEA Day of Jazz, Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Centereach High School(time tbd)

                       Stony Brook Jazz Loft, Tuesday, March 24, 2020 (TIME TBD)

                      MPHS Jazz Night Concert: Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 7:30 pm          

All concerts will take place at MPHS unless otherwise noted.  Attendance at all performances is MANDATORY.

Concert Attire for Concert Chorus and Select Chorus:

Girls: BLACK long or short sleeve blouse, black skirt or pants with black flats or low heels.  No high heels, flip fliops or UGGS will be permitted.

Boys: BLACK long sleeve button down shirt, black pants, black socks and dress shoes and any color tie.  No sneakers will be permitted.

Concert Attire for Vocal Jazz:

All black with PURPLE accent color
